You're busy. You're juggling work, family, and a hundred small demands before you even get to yourself. Ebb & Flow Coaching isn't about squeezing in one more thing, it's about building fitness and nutrition habits that actually fit the life you already have, so they stick long after the excitement of "starting fresh" wears off. Choose the path that fits where you are right now.

For the person who knows food is where they need support most. You don't need another meal plan you'll abandon in a week. You need a coach who understands the real reasons habits break down and helps you build something that survives contact with your actual life. Best for: Those who want food-focused support without a full training program.

I built Ebb & Flow Coaching around one belief: health is something you build in small, honest pieces, especially when life is already full. I know that firsthand, because my own path here was never a straight line. In 2013, I lost my Nana. It's the kind of loss that reaches into everything, and for me, it changed how I saw health, and how I saw life. I started digging into research on my own, and slowly began eating and living cleaner, not because a program told me to, but because I finally understood what was at stake. That search eventually became a career. In 2017, I earned my master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis — the science of how habits actually form, and why they fall apart. Two years later, I became a certified nutrition coach and opened my first nutrition business. I was eating well by then, but I still refused to work out. I just didn't enjoy it, and I wasn't going to fake my way through something that didn't feel true. Then, in 2020, I closed that business. I wasn't ready yet, and the world had other plans that year too. I kept living, and I kept learning what actually sticks. I started working out in 2023, then stopped when life got busy, the way it always does. I picked up running the following year, then stopped again after an injury. Every attempt taught me something a textbook never could, even with a master's degree in behavior science sitting behind me. Somewhere in all those false starts, I stopped chasing a perfect plan and started building something simpler: small, repeatable habits that could actually survive a full, busy life. Not a tedious program, but one I could keep showing up for. Today, I've worked out consistently for 57 weeks. I haven't missed a single week. I do it for my Nana. I do it for my two daughters. I do it for myself. Along the way, I brought everything I'd learned under one roof: renewing my certification as a Holistic Nutrition Coach, completing a Perimenopause Coaching certificate, and becoming an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, all built on top of my original behavior science and nutrition background. Every credential exists to answer the same question I've been chasing since 2013: how do we make health stick, not just start? This isn't theory for me. I'm a busy mom and business owner myself, still figuring it out in real time, which is exactly why I coach the way I do. I coach mainly women, especially those navigating the busy middle of life and the shift into perimenopause, where the old rules stop working and nobody explains why. Men are welcome here too. If you're ready to do the real work of building habits that last, I'll coach you exactly the same way. Also, twice a month, I host an oceanside stretch and flow class set to R&B — the Isley Brothers, Joe, Summer Walker. It's not the core of what I do, but it's one of my favorite reminders that taking care of yourself can feel good, not just be one more thing on the list.
